Hi everyone,

Sorry it’s a little late coming out, but just to remind you all that we have auditions for this fabulous adaptation of Great Expectations on Tuesday 9th July @ 7.30pm. Recalls TBC. For those of you that dont know it very well, it’s one of Dickens’ most deliciously dark tales, and is an absolute corker, with loads of different characters for all ages throughout. Especially good for the men from young to old, so if you love character acting this is a gem for you. There is plenty of opportunity for doubling up if you’re hungry for more or if you want a little less this works well too. No need to prepare anything. 

So why don’t you pop along tomorrow night to Cripps Solicitors Mount Ephraim at 7.30pm and give it a go.

Synopsis: 

A beautifully simple adaptation of one of Dickens’s best-loved novels, bringing it thrillingly to life for the stage. When the orphan Pip meets the convict Magwitch in a graveyard and is forced to help him escape, his life takes a series of unexpected turns. Invited to the house of the mysterious Miss Havisham, he falls in love with her adopted daughter, the beautiful but cold-hearted Estella. Then the generosity of an unknown benefactor sends him to London to become a gentleman. But the truth behind his change of fortune, once revealed, is not what Pip expects…!
