Posing as amateur musicians, Professor Marcus and his gang rent rooms in the subsiding house of Mrs Wilberforce with a view to unwittingly involve her in Marcus’ “brilliantly” conceived New Cross train robbery

But Mrs Wilberforce gets wise to their game and confronts the criminals head-on.

Marcus is left with no choice but to shut the old lady up…permanently!

With only her trusty parrot pet General Gordon, to help her, Mrs Wilberforce is left all alone with five desperate men.

Who will be forced to face the music? Who will survive the night? And who will ultimately get the stolen cash?
