By William Shakespeare

Tue 15 – Sat 20 July at 8pm, At Groombridge Place Fri 11th and Sat 12th July at 8pm

Lyrical, emotional, bitter-sweet and hugely funny, Twelfth Night is a spectacular concoction of cross-dressing and confusion where everyone is in love with the wrong person.

Viola loves Orsino, who loves Olivia, who loves Sebastian and his twin brother Cesario, who also happens to be Viola!

Twelfth Night is where illusion and fantasy collide and appearances are not quite what they seem and one and all fall spectacularly in the mythical land of Illyria. TTC unscramble the confusion, madness and mayhem, whilst breathing new life and vitality into Shakespeare’s most poignant comedy, creating a glittering evening of music, mischief, comedy and romance.

“Why, this is the very midsummer madness”.

Bring a rug and picnic and settle down to a lovely evening of great entertainment. Performances will be held in the Trinity Theatre Gardens, inside if wet.
